Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to customers around the globe.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure we process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will not be accepted. Once your order is received, it can be returned for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipments will be sent out the day after processing. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 20 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in HKD, meaning you may be responsible for paying any duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
